What to expect
School orders arrive with a name list, a crest and a date that cannot move, so we build around all three. Size runs are the part that usually goes wrong, so we quote per size band and hold a small buffer on the common sizes rather than leaving you short on the morning. Crests are redrawn once, cleanly, and kept on file so next year matches this year instead of drifting a shade lighter. Parent facing collections can be split into individual name bags before delivery.
